What is Hygienefocus?

The name already clarifies the meaning: "Complete focus on hygiene". This is the division's complete focus.

Established late 2009 as a result of ongoing demands for support, guidance, products, research and development in

the jungle of hygiene related subjects. Hygiene-Focus is a supporting unit for farmers, sales and the chain as a whole.

It is not a new topic to explain the importance of hygiene at farm level. That is already being acknowledged at all levels in the chain. With discussions like f.e. reduction of antibiotics, it is even more emphasized that hygiene at the farm is a must. Nevertheless it is often difficult for the farmer to find the right tuning. Help is what he needs.

Field of activity

The division Hygiene-Focus is exclusively working with the hygiene and sanitation environment. This is a complex and extremely important concern, containing numerous subjects and opinions with great impact on economical and health issues. It is clear: That this requires specialist knowledge and that is what Hygiene-Focus offers! Hygiene-Focus is still a relatively new and young division. Nevertheless equipped with people, resources, products and equipment offering the solutions demanded from the market. It is not only a division which acts when requested. It also is a division working on new ideas, products and applications and will liaise with governments as well as research and development institutes in order to upgrade and/or modernize the overall hygiene level.

Quality

The people working in the division do have unique qualifications. Well trained and educated plus working specifically in the livestock environment. Most important is the focus they have on the subject, enabling them to go into depth in hygiene matters. The added value of Hygiene-Focus will be obvious. Problem solvers offering knowledge, products, resources and help for the farmer. Help can vary from a simple product recommendation to a complex hygiene-check of the farm.
