Returning Goods

 

If you wish to return goods, you must contact the UK office firstly to approve that the goods can be returned.

 

Transportation costs for the return of the goods will be paid by the customer, except when the supplier made a delivery mistake.

 

During the transport the goods are the risk of the customer. This means that Schippers is not responsible for damage or loss of goods during the return transport.

 

Below you will find the conditions under which we will accept returns.

 

  • Returns can only be considered when we receive the return application within 10 working days from delivery
  • Veterinary drugs and /or (supplementary) animal feeds cannot be returned. There are two exceptions:
    • Wrongly ordered veterinary drugs and/or (supplementary) animal feeds
    • Incorrect delivery of veterinary drugs and/or (supplementary) animals feeds
  • The products have to be undamaged, unopened, unused and have to be complete
  • The products have to be returned in the original packaging and cannot have been left outside or in a damp area
  • The products have to be kept in conformity with the warehousing rules on the label
  • Enclose the return form which has been agreed on to the goods before transportation
  • Credit invoices will be assigned after receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Schippers maintains the right to decline goods that have not met the specified conditions
  • When the returned goods do not meet the specified condition, Schippers maintains the right for charging
