MS PoultryCare is a high quality hygiene powder for improving chickens' living environment and comfort, and it promotes growth and optimal egg production. MS PoultryCare may be used in organic production in accordance with Regulations (EC) No 834/2007 and (EC) No 889/2008.
- Can be used as a powder by administering a powder sprayer
- Can be dissolved in water and be applied by administering with a back sprayer on the system
Dosing:
- 1) Caged: Every treatment requires 2g per hen. For example, 20kg (= 1 bag) would be required to treat 10.000 hens.
- Mix a 20kg bag with 50 litres of water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Regularly spray the cages surfaces to obtain a thin granular layer when dry.
- Initially treat often the cages. After a few treatments, the time between applications will increase (3 to 5 treatments sum total).
- Free range:
- Hens present: Powder about 10 to 20g per square metre (1/2 tablespoon) on all horizontal surfaces (duckboards, corners of laying area …). Repeat regularly, every 10 to 15 days if needed.
- Turn around period: You will need 3 bags for a 1000m2 building. Mix a 20kg bag with 50 litres of water until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Spray inside the laying area, regularly to obtain a thin granular layer when dry.
