Paraformaldehyde evaporation tank FV10
- 2509925
The Evaporation Tank FV10 is a standard electric pan, specially designed for disinfection with the aid of paraformaldehyde
- Disinfection using paraformaldehyde 91%
- Converts paraformaldehyde crystals into gas at a speed of 1 kg per 45 minutes.
- Specially designed thermal protection and thermostat
- Heat-resistant cable and hand grips
- Easy to use
- Colour: black
Place the evaporation take at the centre of the disinfecting area on a non-flammable surface.
Note: If an empty evaporation pan is left on for an extended period of time, the thermostat may reach the maximum, which causes the thermal protection to switch on. The evaporation pan can then no longer be used. A full evaporation pan can lose its heat to the paraformaldehyde, however, when it is empty, the temperature rises quickly during heating. It is therefore important that the evaporation pan is switched off immediately after the paraformaldehyde is evaporated.
New pans have an adjusted thermal protection. The evaporation pan still switches off, but can be used again after 2 or 3 hours (after cooling).
Dosage:
- 3 grams of paraformaldehyde per m³.
Product measurements:
- Diameter: 36 cm
Technical specifications:
- Volume: 6 litres
- Voltage: 220-240V
- Wattage: 2000W
User tips:
- Determine the quantity of paraformaldehyde that you want to disinfect (up to 3 kg)
- Place the evaporation take at the centre of the evaporation area on a non-flammable surface.
- Turn the thermostat knob all the way to the right and turn on the power
- Turn off the evaporation pan immediately after the paraformaldehyde has evaporated.
Details:
- If you require more than 3 kg per location, place multiple evaporators in the location.
